Current Job Opportunity: Full Time Member Service Representative-Tumwater Branch

EvergreenDIRECT Credit Union is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time Member Service Representative at our Tumwater Branch.

Duties will include all teller functions, answering telephones, resolving member questions and problems, educating members on our products and services, occasionally opening new accounts, and all other aspects of ensuring excellent member service.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret member statements
Analytical, decision making and problem solving ability
Strong cross-selling skills
Excellent follow-through ability and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding service environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional manner and dress

Required:
High School level or greater
Customer service experience

Preferred:
Previous cash handling
Computer experience
Credit union or bank experience

SALARY: (DOQ) + benefits

HOURS: Full time - Monday - Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. Scheduling
flexibility necessary to meet service needs.
